Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped using SF Express for fast, secure delivery.
Shipping Rates

Free express shipping for orders over $300 USD (or equivalent local currency)

USA, Australia, Bangkok, and Vietnam: $30 USD shipping for orders under $300 USD

Rest of World: $30 USD shipping for orders under $300 USD
Delivery Timeframe
Global express shipping: 4–7 business days (may vary by destination).
Order Processing
Please allow 1–2 business days for order packing and processing. Orders ship Monday to Friday from our Hong Kong warehouse.
Duties and Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and fees are determined by your country’s regulations and must be paid by the recipient. These are not included in the order total at checkout and will be collected by the courier upon delivery, if applicable.
Please note: If you decline to pay customs duties/taxes and reject the shipment, your order will not be refunded.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details. Orders placed after hours/weekends will be processed the next business day.
Order Changes/Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once submitted. Please carefully confirm all details before placing your order. If you wish to return an item after receipt, please follow our return instructions on the returns page.
Lost/Stolen Parcels
We are not liable for parcels lost or stolen after delivery. For issues, contact your shipping courier with your tracking information. Our customer care team is available to assist if you need further help.
